Haiz... Boring day. I had a run today. Preparation for AHM. Today's target is 7km under 49min. Same rule, 7min per 1km. Today I a bit moviated to run. But something bad happen. Less then 5min of the run a sprain my ankle and is very bad sprain. A lot of noise made by my ankle during the sprain. And I hop my way back and the medic help me. Haiz. I think my body is ready but my mind is not. Thinking of my girl. Miss her badly. Everynight we talk less than half an hour. Is this a break down? I hope not. Today i walk like an old uncle. I didn't report sick coz I did not have faith in the medicial centre in my camp. Haha. Bear with the pain lor. I dismiss at 4:30pm but i can only book out at 5:30pm. So i went back to bunk and rest. Call my dad to pick me up too. Hard to walk. Haiz. Very unlucky... I going crazy le. Lovesick? Don't know. Someone help me? Pls. Miss you girl. Haiz
